So, yesterday, I sat down and worked out my plan for exercise for the next month or so. (28 days) I have a goal weight to reach on February 2nd, and I'm going to work very hard to reach it. Today's exercise is 30 min of Power Sculpt DVD and then my new Kickboxing DVD. I also wrote out this week's food plan. It's about 1500 each day, and 1800 on days that I have a LOT of exercise planned. Yesterday, I had Sunday dinner at my house w/ 3 friends and the babe. I made meatballs and we played Mario Party 8! It was fun. :) I asked my friends how much they weigh... one is 200, the other is 230.... the other is like 110 so i don't count her. Haha. But, it's so nice knowing that I'm getting closer to them. 260, compared to 325... freaking sweet, if you ask me. Lolz. I definetly want to be smaller than the 230 one, IDK about 200. It would be nice to see a 1 in front of my weight though. We'll see when I get there. For now, we'll be working to 250 for this month. :]
